Systems & AI Engineer/Founder @ ClyrisAI

Aditya (TikZSZ)

Systems engineer and founder. Co-founder and CTO at 19, architecting and scaling a microservices-backed platform adopted across 30+ physical salons in Delhi. Winner of $50K+ across 5+ competitive hackathons in distributed systems and AI. Contributor to upstream inference and benchmarking frameworks (vLLM, Berkeley Gorilla).

Currently building Clyris: an automated code intelligence engine that traces applicant GitHub repos in bulk, separates tutorial clones from real architecture, and writes targeted 5-minute live technical interview scripts for hiring teams. Recently, my main focus has shifted toward distribution and sales: building an autonomous 4-region outbound engine and AI-native CRM to track 59k+ hiring signals and scale customer acquisition hands-free.

Ventures & Autonomous Production Engines

Primary focus over the past year: architecting deep code evaluation intelligence and scaling autonomous distribution infrastructure from zero to production.

Core Product•Deep Code Intelligence

Clyris AI: Autonomous Proof-of-Work Code Auditing & Live Interview Engine

The Technical Reality: Resumes and portfolio claims have lost signal to AI boilerplate, while standard coding puzzles test memorization over real engineering judgment. Senior technical interviewers lose hours before calls attempting to manually audit complex GitHub repositories, or enter calls unprepared to test architectural depth.

AST-Level Auditing & Live Probes: Clyris parses applicant repositories in bulk down to the AST. It differentiates authentic production architectures from popular 40-hour tutorial clones and validates claims made in resumes against actual commit histories. Rather than a vague numerical score, it generates a targeted 5-minute live technical interview script: extracting exact code snippets with subtle race conditions, unhandled failure windows, and providing the interviewer with fast-fail probes and red-flag rubrics.

Reality Check & Claim Auditing
Inspects AST structure to identify tutorial clones vs genuine systems. Uncovers deceptive shortcuts: caught an applicant claiming an async backend whose entire API was secretly wired to a USE_MOCK = true toggle with client-side sleep timers.
Tree-Sitter AST & Vertex AI Judge
Native Tree-sitter bindings chunk codebases by scope. Orchestrates an LLM-as-a-Judge pipeline on Google Cloud Vertex AI (Gemini 3.8 Flash with thinking tokens), achieving 2.3x cost efficiency while matching manual senior staff evaluations.
Live Code Probes & Fast-Fails
Pins exact code lines (e.g. NATS listener acknowledging before Redis persistence) with interviewer briefings: what signals to listen for, and explicit fast-fail traps (e.g. failing to explain the version concurrency key).

Growth & Distribution Engine•Revenue Infrastructure

Autonomous RevOps Engine & AI-Native CRM

Internal Revenue Engine

The Distribution Challenge: Running cross-regional outbound across international timezones is fundamentally unsupported by standard sales software. Commercial platforms (Clay, Apollo) charge thousands in markups on stale databases, while traditional CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot) require tedious manual logging, fail to capture context from LinkedIn DMs, and turn sales execution into slow administrative overhead.

The Bespoke Revenue Stack: Architected a 24/7 autonomous distribution engine powering Clyris customer acquisition from zero. Ingests 59,185+ live hiring intent signals directly from source job boards, enriches decision-makers at rock-bottom cost using Exa semantic search, and runs multi-layer SMTP waterfall hygiene. Dispatches via a custom Master-to-Child campaign sequencer across 4 regional cloud fleets, wired directly into an AI-native CRM memory brain.

Source Sourcing & Exa Enrichment
Continuous scrapers monitor 4,670+ hiring companies and 59k+ signals directly at source. Resolves engineering leadership dynamically via Exa semantic queries, avoiding thousands in monthly SaaS subscriptions.
Master-to-Child Regional Sync
A single Master Campaign synchronizes state down to 4 regional child fleets (US East on AWS, US West on GCP, Europe on OVH, India on DO) with staggered morning/noon sending windows to protect deliverability.
AI CRM & Memory Brain
Built out of founder sales warfare: ingests unstructured dumps (LinkedIn DMs, email webhooks). Auto-resolves contacts, logs persistent objection memories, drafts contextual replies, and auto-clears pipeline tasks.

ClyrisAI

Founder & CEO

ClyrisAI · Automated Code Intelligence & RevOps
Oct 2025 - Present · India / Remote (Building for Global Teams)

Bootstrapped and architected the complete technology and distribution stack for Clyris, leading systems engineering from initial prototype to production scale.

  • Distributed Saga & Ingestion Pipeline: Engineered an asynchronous, multi-stage ingestion system processing multi-repo candidate submissions. Implemented an event-driven architecture with saga-like reconciliation loops, background job queues, and idempotent execution to guarantee fault-tolerant recovery without losing state or burning duplicate LLM tokens.
  • Inference Cost Engineering (2.3x Reduction): Built an internal agentic benchmarking harness to evaluate frontier reasoning models on cost and latency. Benchmarked and migrated deep evaluation stages to Google Cloud Vertex AI (Gemini 3.8 Flash with thinking tokens), slashing inference costs by 2.3x while maintaining evaluation parity with manual senior staff audits.
  • Autonomous RevOps & AI-Native CRM: Replaced expensive commercial sales stacks ($3,000+/mo across Clay, Apollo, and Salesforce) by engineering custom revenue infrastructure: scrapers continuously monitoring 59,185+ live hiring signals directly at source, low-cost Exa semantic enrichment, a Master-to-Child campaign synchronizer coordinating 4 regional cloud fleets (AWS, GCP, OVH, DigitalOcean), and an AI-native CRM memory brain resolving contacts and objection tracking from unstructured LinkedIn DMs and email webhooks.
  • Open-Source Registry Contribution: Authored and published @clyrisai/gitresolve on npm, mapping candidate profiles and unstructured resumes directly to verifiable GitHub footprints and AST trees.

Jan 2022 - Jun 2023 (1 yr 6 mos) · Delhi, India

Co-founded and led the engineering team for a COVID-era salon booking application adopted by over 30 salons in Delhi. Role evolved from initial prototype to architecting and scaling a production-ready, multi-tenant system.

  • Microservices Backend: Architected and implemented a microservices-based backend using Node.js (NestJS, Express), NATS messaging, and MongoDB to handle core business logic, real-time booking slots, and transaction handling.
  • Cloud Infrastructure: Designed and managed cloud infrastructure on GCP, utilizing Docker for containerization and implementing CI/CD pipelines for automated zero-downtime deployments.
  • High Performance & Caching: Implemented data management strategies with PostgreSQL and Redis caching for low latency, maximum seat availability, and concurrency protection during booking spikes.
  • Engineering Leadership: Led a team of developers, overseeing the full product development lifecycle from concept to launch and subsequent operational iterations.
